1. Agreement

By using renoeliteelectrician.com (the "Site") or calling the phone number published on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

2. What we are — and are not

Reno Elite Electrician is an independent referral service. We connect homeowners and businesses with independent, third-party licensed electricians in the Reno/Sparks area — we do not perform electrical work ourselves. Always verify a provider's license and insurance before hiring.

Specifically: we do not hold a Nevada contractor's license, we do not employ or supervise electricians, we do not quote, schedule, perform, warrant, or inspect any electrical work, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor you choose. Nevada law (NRS 624.720) requires licensed contractors to display their license number in advertising — verify any contractor's license at the Nevada State Contractors Board before hiring, as described in our hiring guide.

3. How the referral works

When you submit a request or call, we pass your information to one or more independent electrical contractors serving your area (see the Privacy Policy for what is shared). We may receive a fee from contractors for referrals. Contractors are not required to accept any request, and we do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, be available, or offer any particular price. We do not independently verify any contractor's license, insurance, or qualifications unless a page expressly says otherwise; contractors' statements about themselves are their own.

4. Cost information on this Site

Cost ranges, permit information, and legal references on this Site are researched from cited sources and dated, but they are general information, not a quote, estimate, or legal advice. Actual prices depend on your property and the contractor you hire. Verify anything you rely on — especially legal and permit requirements — with the relevant authority or a professional.

5. SMS / text message program terms

Program. Reno Elite Electrician offers an optional SMS program to communicate about your electrician request: confirming receipt, telling you which independent contractor will contact you, and following up on whether you were reached. Messages are transactional and relate to a request you made.

Consent. You enroll by checking the SMS consent box on our request form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using our service.

Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies by request. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details on your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or use the contact page.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

Age. You must be 18 or older to enroll in the SMS program or to use this Site to request a referral.

Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and consent data is described in the Privacy Policy, Section 6. SMS opt-in data is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

6. Phone calls and recording

Our published number is a call-tracking number. Calls may be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes only after a clear announcement at the start of the call; Nevada requires all-party consent to record, and continuing the call after the announcement is your consent. If you do not consent, end the call and use the request form.

7. Acceptable use

Don't submit false requests, impersonate anyone, scrape or copy the Site's content for republication, interfere with the Site's operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for misuse.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, and compiled cost data are ours or licensed to us. Third-party names and marks (contractors, agencies, sources) belong to their owners and are used for identification only. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND THE REFERRAL SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY ABOUT ANY CONTRACTOR, THEIR WORK, THEIR PRICING, OR THEIR LICENSURE OR INSURANCE, AND NO WARRANTY THAT ANY CONTRACTOR WILL CONTACT YOU.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENO ELITE ELECTRICIAN AND ITS OWNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM WORK PERFORMED (OR NOT PERFORMED) BY ANY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE REFERRAL SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Reno Elite Electrician harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated Terms.
